Ride of the Free for the Home of the Brave
On May 6, 2007, we held our first public event.
It was the "Ride of the Free for the Home of the Brave". Despite the high winds, we had almost 100
riders and we were able to net $5000 for this worthy cause. The ride was about 70 miles long winding through Sussex
County with a combination of back roads and highways ending at the Home of the Brave. Residents of the facility prepared
a picnic for the riders that was second to none.
Plans are underway for the 2008 ride.
It is scheduled for May 4, 2008.
